Only 2 months have passed since I started the coaching sessions and I must say that I have already achieved results, which I don't think it is obvious to have in such a short of time: improvements in attitudes, in the way of thinking and acting in certain situations, I have acquired more awareness, I feel happier and now I have learned to listen to myself...
